Lisa, I don't know when your cruise is scheduled but from a few days prior to Christmas til the week after Easter the Caribbean and Florida are in high season. Even $140 a night isn't all that high. Now that I have said that. I would try Embassy suites, the price includes cockails from 5pm to 7pm and full breakfast. That in itself is a hugh savings as breakfast in San Juan will run $10 to $20 per person easy. There are a few other hotels that have fair deals, Hampton Inn near the Airport and some off brands, but be really careful. You can try Expedia or if you like to gamble how bout Priceline. Be sure and request a 4 star as the Caribbean system is a bit different than ours and remember Priceline says, you must keep what we offer.Good luck, NMNita
