Hi Mike,
We were there on the Grand last April and I still have my excursion booklet. I just looked it up and they don't offer any scuba there at all. In fact, there are no excursions there at all. You can rent equipment for snorkeling, kayaking, etc., but thats it. You will have to look at Cozumel and Grand Cayman if going on the Grand.
