Thats a tricky question............You can ask for money on your card BUT it is supposed to be used for gambling.......but of course,you dont have to .............just dont ask for like a thousand and take advantage of it...................no fees..........

No fee! On Carnival and Holland America, there is a 3% fee each time you take cash from your card.

So far,no fee..............thats why I say dont take advantage of it............Have a feeling if people do,(by taking large amounts out and not gambling with it)RCCL will also start charging a fee.....I,personally,have taken a hundred or so out.......thats about it....
