Grand Cayman and Jamaica are both surrounded by large reefs so there is very little wave action the locals row boats about 1/2 mile out, so there will not be a lot of shells there. I am not sure about Coz I have never paid attention but I don't remember seeing many if any.But walking on the beach is the real treasure! Happy Cruises
