Well, speaking from the queen of seasickness and carsickness...all 3 of our cruises I didn't need anything for it! They have stabalizers on the large ships now and you don't feel it. But I do remember in Feb 99 when the Sensation went from Tampa to New Orleans to Cozumel that we came back thru the Gulf during a noreaster and the waves were HUGE and the ship rocked. That day I did need dramamine. You can pick up free dramamine from the pursers desk so don't worry about it.
