I did them both. You are the first one to know about the sealion swim. :cheers Most people only know about the dolphin swim, including me. I found out about the sealion swim when I got there. Is it worth it, in my opinion yes. :jump However, I enjoyed feeding the stingrays at Stingray City more. =bigwave
I booked the dolphin swim through the ship (Navigator of the Seas - Aug 2004). I think it was about $136. The swim with the sealion was $59 more.
The swim with the dolphins is VERY popular. There are 10 in a group. We got a kiss, shake hands/flippers and were towed through the water by the dolphin. I noticed one group trying to ride the dolphins. Buy this I mean stand on two dolphins swimming side by side through the water. I would think this requires some extra training - for the human. Most had a hard time balancing. Our group had only one dolphin and did not try this.
With the sealion I was the only one. The sealion gave me a kiss, swam under my arms, I held the sealion and fed the sealion.
Videos of both can be bought. I forget, $20 or $30 each. I bought both videos.
