And the part that really burns me is that I called carnival 48 hours ago to ask if all the problems I hear about were going to affect my cruise and they said it was fine because we are scheduled for Bahamas and the problem is only the farther ports.. There was no scheduled date for the fix.. I understand they have the right to substitute anything for anything. They can cancel ports, switch boats, change itinerary, at will but the difference between a truly great company and the the ones that simply take their success for granted are the ones that COMMUNICATE with their customers. It shows they care and that you are not just a dollar sign. Thats why I travel RCCL 90% of the time..
