We also cruised the Sensation in March.We arrived at the port at 10:45 AM and there was a line of about 60-80 people already!Our boarding group number was 2 and we were on the ship at 12.46 PM.First group boarded at 12:30.Carnival does have boarding down pretty well, we zipped right through in about 10-15 minutes, start to finish. Then you sit and wait.My advice, get there ASAP, maybe 10 AM. As boarding is assigned in groups as you arrive, your best bet is to make it onboard in the first few groups. It goes fairly quickly, but it can bog down as more people get backed up at the first photo op and getting photos taken for the S&S cards.You cannot be too early, only too late!
