I was on that cruise. Unfortunately they took the patient but not his wife. She sailed 5 days back with the rest of us to San Diego. I don't know if i could have done that, I think I would have jumped overboard and the helicoptor would have to rescue me. By the way the ship broke all records for averaging at 24.5 knots for 4 straight days, to make up for the 24 hours we lost. The bad part is they didn't use the stabilizers to conserve fuel and not slow the ship down. There were nights where we were flipping in bed like Sea Bass.
