I have looked at the reviews for both ships, but would like to see if there are any specific suggestions -
We are planning on a 7 night cruise in Alaska during mid- to late August. It will be my father and his fiance (late forties & mid-fifties), my sister (25 yrs) and myself (30 yrs). My dad does not want anything too formal, although he enjoys excellent food and service. My sister and I would like to make sure there are plenty of activities, as well. The reviews for both ships have been positive overall, but are there any additional characteristics we would be interested in knowing, given our group composition? As we have never been to Alaska before, both itineraries are appealing. Thanks for your input!
