Seven Layer Taco Dip..
Pam Spray a 13x9 Pyrex..cake pan..preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients
2 pounds cooked drained crumbled ground beef
2 packages 8 0z cream cheese softened
2 cans refried Beans
2 taco dried mix packets
1Quart salsa..( I use med flavor chunky)
2 jars salsa con queso
1 can pitted black olives- sliced
16 0unces shredded cheese.( I use a mixture of cheddar, colby, and mozzarella)
line bottom of Pyrex dish with softened cream cheese, next carefully layer on the refried beans, set aside..
Fry the hamburger meat, drain off any fat, add the 2 packages of taco seasonings, add the salsa.. warm through..
put on top of the refried beans, then next layer the salsa con queso , then the cheese on next, then the olives..
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly..serve with favorite salsa chips..enjoy.=bite. Joanne
