Shampoo & conditioner on Princess?

It's been 2 years since we've been on a Princess ship. Can anyone tell me what kind of conditioner and shampoo they're using now? Is it the kind in those little blue packets that are hard to rip open? Do they still give you as much as you need?

Thanks for the help! :wave

Same shampoo as before. They will give you plenty of it. Just ask for more.

We bring our own.

Thanks for the help! We might want to bring our own too. I always have a hard time ripping those things open when my hands are soaking wet! :)

just buy some travel size stuff, much easier, and you know what you are using. From your sailing hairstylist!!! ;-)

lamayboy - Can you suggest a good quality shampoo that won't leave my hair frizzy? Thanks! :thumb

Hey Bobbie,
I NEVER use the ship's/hotel's etc. shampoo or conditioner. I have color treated hair, ahem. The sun, wind and salt air wreak havoc on my hair. I like a mild shampoo and a strong conditioner. Also, those little cardboard containers require a chain saw to open. Forget it. Bring you own. I get samples at the beauty supply stores.

Cutie P. - :lol :lol The only hotel shampoo I've liked was something the Grand Hyatt in Seattle had - forgot the name of it, but boy, did that stuff work wonders on my hair!

Guess I better bring my own. If I remember correctly, Princess' shampoo left my hair feeling "stripped" - really dry and tangled too.

We just upgraded to 2 mini-suites instead of 2 category BA balcony cabins. The boys will be in their own mini-suite, each with their own TV. Talk about spoiled!! But, it was $200 cheaper to go with minis! Wish their full suites accommodated quads. :(

Thanks for the help & advice! :wave
