Shaw Park Beach Break and Dunns River Falls

I will be traveling on the Carnival Conquest on 09/12/04. While checking out the excursions I found the Shaw Beach Break. Has anyone taken this excursion and can anyone tell me anything about it.

Don't know about Shaw Park Beach, but I've been to Dunns River Falls, and it's one of the best shore excursions I've ever been on.

We did the San San Super Yacht tour to the falls. It was very nice and worth the money!
