Ship Building contest on Zaandam

We are taking a family member on his first cruise and due to his handicap, he will be unable to participate in many of the activities. One, however, he would really enjoy and that's the ship building contest. Does anyone know if they offer this on 7 day cruises (we don't normally go on short cruises) and if it's likely to be sceduled on the Zaandam in November?

Yes...seems to be they still do that. We don't normally participate but it seems to me when we walked by Lido pool, we saw some "ships pax had built" on our seven dayers on Amsterdam this winter. If they do it on one ship, one would think all of the ships are doing it. HAL is quite consistent. Hope I'm not confusing with our ten day Zaandam cruises last year..
