Does any one know if Ms. Sosa the alleged coordinator for the POA actually exists? I've been trying for several days to get ahold of her, several messages left on her voice mail with no call back at all.
I'm beginning to think perhaps booking this cruise wasn't the best choice if we can't even get ahold of them PRIOR to the cruise. Any suggestions?
