Does Celebrity have any ships on order? Also, is it true that the Horizon will be leaving the fleet?

Oficially, Celebrity has no new ships on order. There's been rumors of even larger than the Millennium ships on order. Some folks want to see this other Celebrity fans want to see smaller than Millennium sized new ships. I have no interest in new ships for Celebrity and hope they spend money keeping up the quality of staffing and maintenance of their existing fleet.

I hope Celebrity does not add new ships that are Mega liners...........The Century class of ships is large enough.
Many regular cruisers do not want a ships that hold 3000 or even 2000 passengers. Its just too many people.

I agree with you I like the Century class ships the best. Just right in size, the service is great. I hope they do add some though, with them going to Europe it leaves the U.S. market a little short of service some times of the year.

I think Celebrity would shoot themselves in the foot if they introduced larger than Millenium Class ships. Us loyal passengers do not want bigger, if we did, we would go on RCCL. The Brilliamnce Class is the same platform as Millenium Class but hold MANY more people. Celebrity passengers are looking for the personalized attention & the intimate ships. I for one LOVED the Horizon & will greatly miss her. I fear the Zenith is next on the chopping block.
