We were at the open air market on the French side in August - prices seemed to be either really good (t-shirts), or really pricey (a top & skirt outfit my friend & myself both bought - after haggling down the price to what we thought was fair because we were both buying one, we found it on the dutch side starting $5 cheaper)!It's a beautiful Island, have fun!
