Shore excursion advice

Leaving in less than 2 weeks on the Legend. Yea! Honeymoon and can't wait.First time with a Balcony.
The itenerary is Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Isle Roatan, and Beleze. So the questions are,

In the Caymans which excursion to Sting Ray City, Captain Marvins (which I used about 8 years ago) or Stingray Sailing ( their add sounds a little more personable).

Would like want to se some ruins, so which Island for this and the best tour to use.

The wife to be is really wanting to do a Dolphin swim thing.I see that a couple of the locations have these and there prices vary greatly. I want to make sure she really gets to interact with the doplhins up close, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

And last when I was at Cozumel the last time I went to Chakanub park(probably misspelled that) and snorkled on my own which was good but any suggestions for a better place would be great.

We are both all about being in or on the water and enjoying the crystal clear blue that we don't get to see here in Ohio.

Looking forward to reading all replies.
Thanks, Mike

We did this itinerary on the Valor last year, but had visited all of the ports previously with the exception of Grand Cayman.

If the Mrs. wants Dolphins I would pick Chankanaab. The shore snorkeling there is about as good as any that you will find on Cozumel. To get any better you need to take a boat trip. We snorkel nearly every port and try to go to new places. In 9 trips to Coz, Chank is the only spot that we have done twice.

When I go back to Cayman I will book with Nativeway and take the Rays, Reef, and Rum Point Tour.

I would pick Belize for a ruins tour. Either ruins or cavetubing.

Roatan's Tabyana Beach is easy snorkeling from shore. If we go back I will book the snorkel trip with Upachaya Resort. I tried to last year but they were booked 2 months in advance. I think that they only take about 10 people. Google Upachaya and check it out.

We always use this company for snorkeling in Cozumel

We set up our snorkel in Roatan through this resort (they also feature just a beach day at the resort for cruisers if you don't want to snorkel)

Stingray City in Grand Cayman is a must do.

There is a new tour (Everybody Loves Rays!) in Cozumel at Stingray Beach that offers an encounter and snorkeling with stingrays. It is very close to the cruise ship piers on the beach between Puerta Langosta and Puerta Maya. The barbs have been removed and it offers the convenience of showers/changing rooms & a snack bar. You enjoy a very low guest per guide ratio and, since it's very well priced, it's great for families. And, it only takes 3 hours, so there is time to other things before the ship sails.
