yes you will be charged, but if you book with NCL or any other line, for that matter and cancel the day prior to the cruise you normally are not charged. You just can't cancel the day of, you can understand I am sure. Many of the tours sell out, if someone cancels at the last minute the cruise line is out the money as the tour company will charge them according to how many passengers they expected to have.Nita
