I was on the Ecstasy in July.  We did not book an excursion.  We just weren't real interested in the excursions offered in Ensenada.  We just took the shuttle downtown, shopped and had lunch.  However, I know that you can book your excursions on the ship and I noticed that once you got off the shuttle downtown there were a few people offering excursions to the Blowhole (La Bufadora).  There is not a whole lot to do there.  I believe you can either take one of the La Bufadora/shopping excursions or you can do some horseback riding on the beach there.  I can't really remember too many other things to do there.  This is not the most exciting port, but it was a fun weekend cruise spent with my daughters and their friends and moms.   Hope you have a great time!
