Shore Excursions

My wife and I will be cruising on the Celebrity Millenium in the near future, and I am requesting recommendations on shore excursions for the following ports: San Juan, St. Johns (Antigua), and Philipsburg, St. Maarten. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. We have been to St. Maarten before, and did the America's Cup excursion, and may do that again, but if there is something more fun and exciting, let us know. Thanks, all!

In SanJuan we took the rainforest tour and loved it. It is usually wet on this tour so take raingear or umbrella, A rainjacket with hood worked out better than an umbrella. You had to keep holding the umbrella and then figure out how to take photos.

We recently returned from the same itinerary on Celebrity Infinity. Note that our rainforest tour in San Juan was cancelled (an issue with the operator, they told us), so have back-up plans there. We ended up doing our own walking tour.

In Antigua, we went to a beach -- nothing terribly exciting, and we also took it easy in St. Maarten by taking an island tour. Yet, I heard good things about the Rhino Adventure in St. Maarten.
