For Naples (Amalfi Coast)  Salvatore of DriveAmalfi (driveamalfi@hotmail.com) for Livorno (Florence & Pisa) Paola of Florence Tour (info@florencetour.com) and Monte Carlo Sylvie of Azur Guides (sylvie.di.cristo@wanadoo.fr.  We have done rome by ourselves on three occasions without a hitch using public transport.
