I think i can accept tuxedo shorts(since bermuda shorts usually are knee length, or a couple of inches below the knee), worn with a dress shirt and jacket. I would consider it "Cruise formal" since after all, the climate usually makes true formal wear a little warm(unless you are cruising to alaska in the winter lol).
