Shows on Century

Hey all. My wife and I are booked on the Century for the Nov. 8 sailing to W. Caribb. Just wondering about the quality of shows for the evening - what to expect. We sailed on RCCL's Freedom of the Seas last Christmas and found we planned our activities around the shows in the theatre.

The shows on X are very typical of those at RCL. Ship owned by the same company. If you like the shows on Freedom it is very likely you will enjoy the Century.

They usually carry a Comedian/juggler, a feature singer and have the Singers and dancers associated with the cruise line.
The Celebrity Orchestra is 7/8 piece orchestra that does the show music live a lot of the time and are worth the price of admission (figuratively) all the time.

I find that the shows are adequate on most ships/lines. It just depends on your likes or dislikes

Only thing I can add to this is that after more than 12 cruises on X ships, the shows are getting very old. Especially the Broadway tribute show. So much is also dependent on how good the singers are. Also have found that comedians are often too late for us. Like 11:00 pm. Way too late. Especially on a port-intensive cruise when we want to be off by 8:00 am or so.
