We've stayed at FLL prior to sailing from Miami. Infinity transportation has a Lincoln Towne Car from Ft Lauderdale to the port of Miami for about $65. Super Shuttle also operates in the MIA / FLL area but since they charge per person it would cost about as much as the private car service.
