Frankly I thought that the cabins were very small at least on the Constellation which is the same as the Millie.  No tubs in the bathrooms and very small.  The concierge service was nothing to brag about either and not worth the extra price.  There is some noise from the deck above, especially if you are under the ping-pong table.  But mostly the rooms are small.
