Not sure about the cruise line excursions because I never book them....WAY to crowded. In Belize we use Coral Breeze Tours. They pick up their guests at the tourisim village where the tenders dock. It is a bit further than most tender ports, but a nice boat ride. We saw dolphins last time. Here are a couple of suggestions for Belize.
