No bottled water is not included in the soda card at least it wasn't on the Paradise in Sept.

nor on the glory last week.
the soda card only covers "gun" sodas. they may be filled from a can if there isn't a bar gun at that bar, but it's basically a glass of soda. you can have as many as you like, but no bottled water.
