I wasn't on the ship in question and, yes, even the top cruise lines can mess things up at times. So I'm not speaking with any authority. However, as an experienced cruiser (as are many on Cruise @ddicts), I always find it rather interesting that a person's first - and oftentimes ONLY post - on a cruise board is to complain strongly about their cruise and the cruise line. Simply an observation... Perhaps warranted, perhaps not.
