Hi there! first time cruiser here and we are going on the liberty on November 1st for the eastern Caribbean, well i have yet to technically select a room and all that. My question is ,,, well my first question is

how many will a room with a balcony fit comfortably?

i ask because i am going to be the third wheel, the person i was supposed to be going with backed out and instead of me paying a HUGE fee to be by myself. So, i wondered if three people would fit well in one of those rooms?

3 people in a balcony room is perfect. There is just enough room and closet space that you won't be a nuisance.

thanks so much, we were worried and i'll end up being the one who sleeps on the sofa/pulldown.

does not bother me much since i know i'll only be in there to sleep/shower

If you get the sofa take the cushions off and put them on the balcony at night and sleep out there. We will do that occasionally. There have been a few times that the rain woke us up.

As you get further into the Caribbean it gets warmer. You also have robes and blankets to cover up with. It is very nice to lay there listening to the waves and looking up admiring the stars.

You are going to have a fantastic time. karen and I have done the Eastern Carib on the Liberty with a balcony. We had 3 people and could easily have had four. Having the balcony is definately a nice feature.

Have fun
