Your itinerary sounds fantastic. We have been to every where that you mentioned except Coldfoot and Prudhoe Bay. We were on the Coral three years ago in Alaska and just loved it. The train ride from Anchorage to Denali takes about eight hours. When in Fairbanks, if you can, be sure and take the steam boat ride down the river. One tip is when traveling from Anchorage to Whittier to board your ship be sure and sit on the right hand side of the bus or train. The reason is that for most of the way, the beautiful Turnagainarm with the mountains in the background will be on your right, as you head to Whittier, and the side of a cliff will be on your left. The Coral is a beautiful ship with good food and service and you will have a great time. One other suggestion that I could offer is when you are in Skagway to consider renting a car from AVIS and driving up to Emerald Lake.
Enjoy your cruise.
