I heard that the spa's on the sapphire and diamond are now run by princess and it is a better experience. I hate going to the spa for the oversell of products. Can anyone else confirm this?
I was on the Sapphire in October 04. It is a very beautiful ship, in fact I would say it was the nicest of the 18 cruises I have been on. The spa I think last year was run by Steiner, but believe it is changed. As for a hard sell in the SPA dept, all the cruise lines do that, that is where they make their extra cash. Have fun.
