Spa services on Grand?

I can't seem to find any information on the spa services offered, at least not anything specific. I mean, I know they offer massages, but what do you get? How long are they and what do they cost? Apparently you can't pre-reserve these services, so do you do it as soon as you embark? Do they fill up quickly or can you just decide one morning and then go? Is there somewhere I can get this info, or do they only post it on ship? Any thoughts?

We are also considering an Anniversary Celebration package, with the champagne and strawberries and spa visit, etc. Has anyone done this recently? Is it worthwhile? We've decided to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary on our cruise (it's actually May 2nd, and we sail June 8th, but close enough) and thought this might be a nice addition.

There are a variety of spa packages available, ranging from a basic massage for around $60 to some exotic treatments (heated stones & aromatherapy) for around $240. I've seen lists posted, both here and Cruise Critic. You can also go look at www.steinerleisure.com.

If there is a particular service you want, or a certain day (especially sea days), you need to head to the spa as soon as you board. While you may be able to reserve the morning that you want one, certain types may be filled, and you may have limited time slots available.

As for the anniversary package, it's worthwhile if what is in it appeals to you :)
