We loved Sabatinis on the Star Princess---ate there a number of times the first cruise, two years ago, and had a great dinner there again last spring. We only had dinner. The brunch is heavily oriented toward seafood, if that is an issue for you, but dinner has a number of courses (including pasta, pizza, antipasto, an entree which you choose from a list including veal, beef, and seafood, and great dessert). You can say "no" or "more please" to whatever they bring around to offer to you. The service was outstanding, as well. We assume the quality of the food is better because they are preparing for far fewer guests---not mass "banquet hall" meals, although we usually enjoy the dining room food and service (we rate that good but not great).
Hope this helps!
