Sabatinis is great!  I have cruised twice with Princess and HAD to go back.  What was the coolest, is I saw the same waiter I had a year ago!  Great food...a real gastronomical experience, make sure you wear something comfy...cause you'll be eating and drinking for hours!!!     I wouldn't miss this opportunity!!!  The gnocci is to die for!
