I haven't been on it yet, but I understand the Century has converted the Sky Bar to an "alternate, open-seating" restaurant. Reservations are required, and seating is from 6:30 - 8:30. From what I have heard, entrees are delivered to the table, but salads and desserts are obtained via buffet line. I don't know if it is the same menu as the Grand Dining Room, or if it is a simplified fare. I don't believe it costs any more (I could be wrong about that), but you definitely have to tip the waiters each evening,.Good luck,Bill
