I agree with you Moonglws4u.
What a big difference from the first time I went on the Spirit in 2001.
Most disappointing, and if they put new mattress in the cabins they forgot to put them in ours. One of the mattress was sagging in the middle. They need to invest some of Carnivals money into buying new towels for their guests, and please soft ones or use a better fabric softner. Food well we won't go into that all I can say is they can use a new chef.
And after posting all the things we should bring to prevent getting ill from germs. I came home with a rash on the side of my face, which later spread to my leg....guess I must have rubbed my leg after touching my face.....Anyway after going to the skin doctor to find out what the rash was, I did and it was ringworm.....I have a cat and had it checked no ringworm....So all I can think of is I may have gotten it on the ship in the casino while playing the slots, or by using the cabin phone which I used a lot.
There must have been someone on board that had ringworm and touched the slots.
There goes my theory of keeping healthy on a cruise by using lysol, etc.
