On my last cruise I forgot to bring my clothes for formal night. I mentioned to my waiter that I wouldn't be there on the 2 formal nights they were having because I had forgotten my proper clothes. He said to me not to worry about it and that it would be fine and to just show up. The only stuff I had to wear was a nice solid polo type shirt and dress pants and shoes. I didn't even have a tie and I was fine. As far as I know there is no strict formal dress code on those 2 nights but I did feel a bit under dressed compared to most others but I was fine. I would imagine that a sport coat and tie should be fine.Post Edited (06-29-03 10:55)
