We were there in March and loved it. It was not busy at all. There is no fee to swim or snorkle. We took ur own equipment, so can't tell you the cost or if you can even rent. There are restrooms and a place to get something to eat. There is primative lodging and camping. On the way there, the cab stopped for a photo op of Trunk Bay, which was beautiful also. Hard to remember the cab fare...we think $12 or $18 each way for 3 of us. It was an open cab with several of us on board. There are plenty waiting at the ferry and again at Cinnamon Beach.
