Hi fellow cruise addicts:

I would love to hear about any shore excursions they enjoyed on St. Lucia, Antigua and/or Barbados.  My friends and I are cruising about the RCI's Adventure of the Seas to the southern Caribbean in October.  Thanks very much for any info you can share.
