There's a restaurant here in Las Vegas called Firefly. They make a Cocoanut and Banana Martini that's out of this world good. It is made with cocoanut rum, creme de banana, banana liquer and a splash of cream. They shake it with ice like a regular martini and serve in a martini glass with toasted cocoanut sprinkled on top. Yummy! :beach:
