thru the marine sanctuary. Anyone done this trip? We're considering it, but it will be our 1st port, and I wonder how strenuous the kayaking might be. We're not couch potatoes, mid 40s, yet neither of us are tri-athletes either. I dont want to spend the rest of the week chugging Advil and feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. Thanks in advance.
