This site gives the port you are scheduled to dock at but is only available at the beginning of the month you sail. Keep in mind that the docking site is subject to change as well.
When we cruised on the Emerald Princess in February we docked at Havensight but the Emerald Princess has also been known to dock at Crown Bay (new location). It really depends on how many Princess ships are scheduled to be in port that day.
When I took the Crown last year it docked in new port, I prefer the old one, many more shops around old one, but I am sure they will be adding more to the new one. I be in St Thomas in a few weeks on Princess also on the Caribbean Princess
