Starboard side Alsaka - Serenade of sea - cabin tips

Friends joining us on Alaska cruise. We have booked already on Aft cabin on 9th floor. Would appreciate any help with suggestions as to Which side of the ship when booking balcony for them? There is an aft cabin on 7th floor however concern over bars being right under on 6th floor. They are planning to book 9648 on Starboard side.......would appreciate any help with this and input.

just an added note to my first note. When writing I should have clearly wrote that it is the bars and Lounges on 6th floor that may be a concern re:noise....just to clarify. thanks
