I will be going on the Norwegian Wind. I'm just curious if Norwegian's concierge service is comparable to that of Royal Caribbean. What are some of the benefits? Thank you for your reply.

If you are in a suite higher than a mini-suite, you will have the services of a concierge AND butlers. Mini-suites have the use of the concierge only.
Here are some of the things the concierge can do for you: make priority reservations at the alternative restaurants; get you priority tendering, if necessary, to get you to your shore excursions; get you off the ship in the first group to disembark the ship at your destination.
The butlers will bring your room service orders (and you get to order from the complete menus of ALL the restaurants on the ship) from the kitchen and set them up in your suite or on your balcony; refresh your ice bucket; and I believe I've read that they serve your guests if you entertain in your suite.
Hopefully someone with more experience than I will chime in with additional duties. We only used our butler for breakfasts and one dinner in our suite.
The concierge and butlers are not included in NCL's automatic tipping, so be kind and tip well.
