I think it is a matter of communication and had you told the steward that you rather have the sofa, during the day, that it would have been done.It's unfortunate that you feel you were not properly attended as that really does flavor one's desire to cruise again. We have never had a problem, but we always make sure that we introduce ourselves to our steward and if there are any special requests we've made them known.
