I would opt for Vancouver and DEFINITELY plan to spend a couple of days there.It is a wonderful city!I was on the Infinity and it was lovely. Based on my Celebrity experiences, I would say that RCI is a better choice for families. Celebrity is pretty low key and there is not a lot of activity on their ships.
