We haven't stayed on this deck, but I can tell you a bit about it. Aft of the midship elevators is the Normandie, cinema, computer lab and meeting rooms. There aren't any cabins in that section.
Guest relations, concierge desk, bank, future cruise sales and shore excursions are midship in an open atrium that looks up to deck five. On our three Millennium Class cruises we have always boarded on this deck. In some ports, the passenger gangway is on deck 3 midships. At other times it is deck 2 (we even used deck 1 gangway once).
The entrances to the Celebrity Theatre are on deck 4 and five, so people won't be passing by your door on the way to or from the theatre.
We've dined with passengers who have stayed on that deck about 10 cabins and further forward from the atrium and they didn't complain about the noise (I asked).
