Steve,They enforced the rules on the Constellation's T-pool on the Dec. 7-14 cruise after the first day.I think, in actuality, the new T-pool area is Celebrity's version of the Solarium on RCI ships. It's even in the same location and feels similar to the same space in the Explorer of the Seas that I sailed last year. except it is Celebrity style decor. I think there were many compromises made to the Millie class ships because they are from an RCI, not Celebrity, hull. I'm not enamoured to the new class of ships for this reason, though they are quite expensively furnished.
