Last year we were on the Millenium and used the Aqua Spa pool, only to have it bleach out our new bathing suits. Anyone know if this has been corrected, as we will be on the Summitt in Feb.

Hi Tia,
I'm not sure, but we're sailing on the Summit in January - can let you know. Doesn't look good though, the one on the Century bleached my husbands in August. They may all be the same.

If you mix salt water with chlorine (which is what the aqua spa, pools, hot tubs contain) you're going to fry your suits. I brought a suit I didn't care about to wear into the ship's pool areas, and a nice one for shore excursions or just laying out on the deck. It's so worth it though, so relaxing and the perfect temperature.

Just off the Infinity and both of DH's bathing shorts were bleached from Black to light shade of brown. I don't remember this happening on the Connie last December.

Hmm--never noticed any changes in my suits while on Summit or now back from Constellation--will have to take a look. Will bring an old suit next time--just like one for hot tub at home! Thanks for the tip
